The existing residence was completely demolished, including the original concrete slab/footings and pool.  The new custom home will take full advantage of the amazing views and will have all the modern conveniences and architectural features with over 6500 square feet of living space.

This kitchen layout is designed to maximize function and space. The corner pantry was deleted to allow for a full sized L-shaped kitchen that provides excellent perimeter counter space throughout.

The linear mosaic is positioned at approximately 36″ above the finish floor so that is can carry through the rest of the master bathroom and line up with the backsplash on all the vanities in order to provide the feeling of consistency and continuity throughout.

The custom rift oak stained cabinetry is set forth to allow workable kitchen island space and a perimeter counter that takes full advantage of the expansive views.

The bar area off the main kitchen will have a wine cooler and ice maker in one section with ample storage.

Custom fabricated rift oak wood is being strategically placed on the floor to ceiling fireplace with open areas left for granite stone to be inserted.

The construction crew is removing the existing plaster and gunite to prepare for the new pool area. This custom designed and fabricated hutch transforms the living room storage area into an excellent entertaining bar area. The down lighting will provide further accents to the clear glass upper cabinetry doors. The surrounding framing, electrical and drywall have been modified to produce the perfect layout for the new bar area.

Custom beech wood cabinetry with Blum motion hardware, electronic trash compartments and Haffela hardware produce a functional but well-designed kitchen. The Pental Quartz slab stone counters and custom designed Ann Sack’s mosaic tile back splash serve the eating space well.
