Damian Trevor Exterior

This addition is located towards the front of the residence.  There was an existing mechanical room that has been converted into a large guest bathroom by installing new concrete footings, foundation and structural framing throughout.  The exterior of the residence had a knock down textured stucco that we are converting to a smooth stucco application throughout the use of poly bond material and labor intensive procedures.  This smooth finish will deliver a more contemporary feel to the residence.  Damian Trevor
